1. Peckham Rye Park & Common
One of South London’s most loved parks, this 113-acre green space blends woodland, ornamental gardens, a café, and a peaceful lake.

2. Southwark Park
A local favourite in Surrey Quays, Southwark Park features wide paths, sports areas, a charming café, and even an art gallery inside a Victorian lodge.

3. Mile End Park & Victoria Park
Just east of Whitechapel, Mile End Park is a long, landscaped stretch perfect for walking or cycling. A little further up is Victoria Park, one of East London’s biggest and most beautiful parks.

4. Woolwich Common & Oxleas Woods
Woolwich Common is a historic, open green space near our apartment in Woolwich, but for real nature lovers, Oxleas Woods and Severndroog Castle offer forested walks and panoramic views over London.

5. Burgess Park
One of the largest parks in South London, Burgess Park is ideal for a mix of green space and city life. It has wildflower meadows, a fishing lake, sports facilities, and city views.

6. Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
This massive, modern park in Stratford has it all: canal-side walks, fountains, playgrounds, and iconic architecture from the 2012 Olympics.
